By creating an account or using Rohati ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are 18 or older and are the parent or legal guardian of any children whose information you add to the Service.
Rohati is a family life coaching platform that uses artificial intelligence to provide personalised parenting guidance, activity suggestions, family planning tools, and wellness resources. The Service is provided for informational and productivity purposes only. It does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
The Rohati AI coach is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, psychiatrist, or clinical counsellor. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, mental health treatment, or a patient-provider relationship. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns. In a crisis, contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Rohati offers a free Seed plan and a paid Bloom plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except as required by applicable law.
Founding member promotional pricing (where applicable) is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel and re-subscribe, standard pricing applies.
All content, design, code, and materials in the Service are owned by Rohati Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, family profiles, etc.) and grant us a limited licence to process it to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROHATI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rohati Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
